Anyone live in the northern suburbs of Atlanta?

I'm not, but I've got a friend in Decatur. Not sure where that is in relation to the northern suburbs though. Any help?

It is very close. Do you think she would be interested in chatting? We've been here about 6 months and I am finding it a little isolating . I've 3 kids - 7, 2 and 1 yr old.

Hello Ladies - bit of a hijack, but perhaps ok as it will count as a thread 'bump' too!

Can anyone tell me about the Atlanta Aquarium? I know it hasn't been open very long, and that at one point, advance ticket reservations were suggested/required.....

What else is fun to do with children (primary school aged) in the area? We might travel through in a few months.....
