Anyone interested in permannent homeswap from 3 bed in North London to 2 bed semi detached house 2 minutes from sea in SW Scotland?

I'm looking for a home swap to East Sussex, Hastings or St Lenoards on Sea from London. On offer is a 2 dbled bedrm terrace hse for similar property.
No flts, maisonettes or bungalows. Pictures on requests.

Is living overseas the best channel for this? Might be more traffic elsewhere?
