Anyone in Basel or nearby? Much help needed with move planning..

We are relocating to Basel next April. Im basically terrified about the whole event as I have 3 dc (5, 3, 1) and am 7 months pregnant with number four! eek. Could really do with any bits advice re everything from schools, healthcare, housing etc in the basel area...

Have you joined the Yahoo forums yet - lots of similar mums who have been there before you and will share experiences and help you settle ! Expat Moms in Switzerland is the one to start with. The moderator is based just outside Zurich(say hi from me !) but members live all over CH and are all nationalities. Good luck.

Hello, have only just seen this. I live in Basel and have been here for 8 years. We did it the easy way and moved here before the children were born. In addition to the general yahoo group that LIZS mentioned there are two Basel specific ones that I would recommend.
