Hi, I seem to recall you saying you were a relocation agent. Apologies if I got this wrong! I was wondering if you could help me with some advice. I have a friend who is coming to Singapore in late July. She will be working at NUH and so wants to look at accommodation near Buona Vista/Dover area. She is looking for 1 bed/studio and is on limited budget as she is a researcher. I don't really know the area very well and our requirements are very different as we have a 9mo so I'm not really sure how to advise her. Do you have any idea of rents in this area or which would be good condos to look at and do you know of any agents who would be good to introduce her to?
