Anyone living in PARIS? When does the A86 West tunnel open?

That's it really. We drive down to the South of France via Paris several times a year and the new A86 west tunnel will improve our journey inordinately so can't wait for it to open!!

If I remember rightly, some of it opens in June this year and the rest opens next year - I am just hoping they may be ahead of schedule and ready to open sooner!

The section between Rueil-Malmaison and the A13 should be open in June 2009 but no definite date yet (was supposed to be April). Also nothing definite for the rest of it (and I live pretty close so I'd expect to hear). Check the www.cofiroute.fr site for more info. as that's the company responsible.

Thank you for the update. Kind of what I expected to hear, but was just hoping otherwise!
