Anybody living in QATAR?

DP may apply for a job here. We have 2 children, 6yrs old and 2 yrs old and im abit aprehensive about it.

hi ive not been but when i was growing up a friend lived there. her dad worked for shell oil, they loved it! kids would have been a bit older tho. not sure if that helps much!

Hi, just searched for Qatar as husband been offered a job there and we are considering a move with my two month old son.

Having done my research we feel it would be a bigger risk to stay in the UK than take up the good offer in Qatar.

Obviously my son is young enough but I hear great things n the way of lifestyle, pace of life access to some wonderful places in Asia easily and with rental market dropping, should make it a pretty interesting place to be.

They really have everything!

Would be interesting to talk further.
