I'd be very interested in this too. Though i have heard recently that M&S and possibly Next will now deliver to Belgium and France. I have checked this out yet though. Twould be excellent.

Cyrillus (bit classically bourgeois, but some nice bits and good quality. MIL gets Christmas presents from there)
Kiabi for cheapo kids' stuff that doesn't need to last generations.
