Hi all
I am living in Mortsel and am expecting number 2 I don't have a GP or gynaecologist as haven't needed one yet.
I am trying to find a gynaecologist to look after this pregnancy and also hospital either St Augustinus or Middleheim (sp).
Does anyone have any info on these hospitals or potential gynae?

Hi timmette,

I have a friend who gave birth in Braschaat and is now going to the van Putlei for her second baby. I can get recommendations for gynae's at both of them if that's of any use?

Congratulations re the pregnancy! How far along are you?

Hi Monkeybumsmum
Yes please to recommendations. I have made an appointment before I saw you reply at the gynae on van putlei - but they have a few there so any advice would be very welcome.
I am only about 5 weeks but things aren't going well at the moment - so really want to find a nice doc.

I will ask my friend for the number for her gynae at van Putlei...

I'm sorry to hear things aren't going well I hope you're okay.

I will let you know the details as soon as I get them. Take care x

Hi Timmette!

Hope this isn't too late, but my friend has just got back to me with the number for her gynae. I shall just cut and paste what she wrote...

My current dr is Dr Lena Noelmans, Van Putlei 28-30, 2018 Antwerp, ph 03/260 9080. They will be moving offices in MArch, but just around the corner, same phone number. The hospital they are attached to is the one in Wilrijk, St Augustinus.

My previous one was in Brasschaat, (other side of town) can check the name, but am happier with the new one!

HTH's!

Thanks for that - it's good news as that is the one I chose anyway and I really like her. Sadly I have lost my twins but at least I have had a nice gynae and know where to go next time.
Thanks for taking the time to reply.
