Hay,
Just asking to see if anyone has bought a property in Costa Rica. We have planned to buy a house for a while now when the kids are older and don't need to live with us, however we have the opportunity to buy one now and use it as a holiday home and rent it out when not using it.
Would be good to hear other people's experiences!
