I'm not sure if this is the right chat topic to post this, but couldn't see a better one!
My husband and I are planning to buy a house in Costa Rica when the kids have left home - however we have a rental property atm that we are considering selling and using to buy a holiday home in Costa Rica that we can also rent out.
Has anyone done this? Looking on some advice, practicalities etc - we would obviously need property management, as we wouldn't be over there the majority of the time.
I know there are no restrictions on foreigners buying a house in Costa Rica
