Flying unaccompanied minor - is there a video?

My kids are 12'and flying unaccompanied minor back from UK where they are visiting grandparents. Technically they can fly alone but we didn't think they would survive Heathrow!
Are there any good videos explaining the process for them? We are flying Air Canada and they don't seem to have one but something from any aurline would do. I have tried searching but am not finding quite what I want. They are a little nervous and I think more info would help.

Could you search YouTube for a Heathrow Terminal (whatever) walk through?

Write down the steps for them (I.e arrive at departures, check screen for bag drop location, proceed to security, etc)?

If they are flying as unaccompanied minors they have a ground staff member and airline crew take them through so no risk. Unless you have them going totally alone.

Have they flown before? There’s social stories on some airport websites and YouTube may have some. Otherwise if they are registered for the unaccompanied minor service they will be escorted to the gate anyway. I would suggest that if they are used to airports then they will be fine whereas if they are not definitely considered the unaccompanied minors service

Sorry I wasn't clear. They are flying unaccompanied minor service so will be checked in by grandparents then looked after by airline staff until we collect at other end. I have explained the process to them but would be nice to have a reassuring video. I am sure some airline must have made one but searching I can only find 20 mins tiktok badly edited personal experiences. They have flown before many times so used to airport process.
