Relocating to Greece

My partner brought up a relocation to Greece. Now he is Greek and I am Polish so luckily there is no visa requirements.
Our son also has dual nationality so no issues there.
I’m concerned about jobs, I don’t speak Greek, so I’d have to rely on a remote job most likely as going back into a service job is a big no for me.
Has anyone been through the process in Greece specifically? I’m only considering this as I’d need to make sure I’d be able to support us if things went tits up.

Is there a Polish community in the part of Greece that you'd be moving to? Your mother tongue plus fluency in English could be really useful even if it takes you a while to learn Greek (eg. if there's a market for Poles buying property in Greece as English will be the common language).
