Hi 👋🏽

would love to here your experiences giving birth in the uae, Dubai in particular.

how was the care? Were your choices respected? Were you listened to?

I’ve heard it can be quite medicalised with lots of pressure from doctor to go down the route they prefer

im very keen to try for a vbac and was considering coming home (the devil you know 😅). But we have a little one already and I don’t want to stress him with upheaval as we would’ve been there just a few months before having to come back.
Rather just settle there and have baby 2

any advice would be greatly appreciated

Ask on Real Mums Dubai and British Mums Dubai on fb. There will be so much information about which hospital and which doctor will suit your requirements. Just make sure your insurance will cover EVERYTHING. Also if you plan on a staying consider if nursery fees are covered because they are very expensive.
good luck.
