4 bed house/apartment in or near Malaga wanted to rent for 8 months

Hi Everyone,
If you have a 4 bed house or apartment to rent in or near Mijas preferably from the 2nd Jan 2025? My family and I live in SW11 in a 4 bed house and I need to be in Spain for medical treatment for 8 months. If you have a property that needs some winter income and can commit to 8 months we would love to hear from you.

4 beds really required and not at Airbbnb prices and margins if poss given how long it is. I'd like to do a deal direct for the full period and can pay 3 months in advance no problem for the right place.

The problem you’re going to have is that 8 months will be into the summer holidays and most places will be booked up.

Maybe worth looking at websites from other European countries? I’m assuming you have an EU passport if you’re staying for 8months - it might be that they’re not geared up for long term renting to people from the UK as we’re not allowed to stay that long, and you might have more luck looking from other websites?

or, look at Air BnB and contact the owner direct to do a deal?
