IT jobs in Dubai/Doha

I would like to explore the possibility of working abroad over in the UAE for a couple of years. DC all young adults - so just me. I have no shortage of calls from agents for work in London, yet when I try to apply for IT roles in the UEA via LinkedIn - I have zero luck - not even an interview. I can't understand why my skills are very much in demand in London, but not over there. What am I missing? Any advice?

I know people who have done this. You need “gulf experience” to get good jobs. People often go over with a wedge of cash only to run out once they can’t find a job. My suggestion is work for a company in the Uk that has offices is your desired location, build up a great reputation then apply

What do you mean by 'IT'? What is it you do?

Certain areas of IT are flooded with candidates. But I work in tech and good candidates are not that easy to find. Depends on your area though 'IT' is very broad.
