Buying gift for stylish friend in new york

I have a very dear friend living in Manhattan. Would love suggestions of a gift I can have delivered for her birthday. Ideally less than £50 all in.
They like finding new restaurants to eat out, cocktails etc. Greenwich village. (Lucky things!)
I don’t have much cash and I’m out of ideas!

A Chanel nail polish
A bottle of wine produced in the year of her birth
Cashmere bed socks
Cashmere mittens or fingerless gloves

Does she like her nails or lashes done? If so, you can look into nearest salons and get her a gift card for one of them. Another option is to get her a delivery from a place she likes/would enjoy trying out (but you gotta make sure she'll be home by that time). Also if you have photos or videos of her or both of you, you can make a birthday video or a video greeting card and email it to her as a part of your gift.
