Can I use UK Dyson Supersonic/Phillips Lumea in USA?

Moving to USA soon. Finding the answer is harder than I thought!

From what I can tell, the UK Dyson Supersonic can't be used in the USA, and the Phillips Lumea can.

Any wise Mumsnetter able to tell me the answers? Thank you!

If the Dyson is only single voltage it will need a converter to be used in the US.

When I moved, I didn’t bring any electrical things. Sorting out voltage adapters etc was too much hassle and the weight of them (and therefore cost) to bring them meant it was easier to just sell them in the UK and buy new here.
