Daughter going to Costa Rica alone - what essentials does she need? 0 replies
Fushia123 · Yesterday 08:36
DD 21 is heading to a language school in Costa Rica next week. It’s part of her year abroad from uni and she is returning home here next week from her placement in Germany. Turn around is about five days at home between journeys. She sorted her immunisation out when she came home at Easter but what other essentials does she need to do or take with her? Any advice on what I could do to help her would be valuable. Thank you!

I lived in San Jose for 2 years, although it was a while ago now! It's a beautiful country, and I'm sure your DD will have a great time.

Lots of American tourists visit, so lots of people speak English, there are many international and US companies, shopping malls, etc.
