Riyadh - recommend a vet - Urgent

Urgently please - My friend had a horrible and upsetting experience at an animal shelter vet's yesterday with a stray cat. She is new to Riyadh and has no contacts. Please she needs a recommendation for a kind, caring and humane vet in the city. She is on a compound about an hour from downtown but nobody around to ask. She is desperate as the poor cat is a stray with an abcess to the bone. Thank you so much for your help.
