I used to buy my fruit & veg seeds from UK but where do I buy them on-line in EU post-Brexit please?

Like organic and/or heritage varieties if possible.

Might be an obvious suggestion but have you tried your local garden centre, mine here in Germany has heritage and organic seeds,and plants. My next go to would be a Dutch online supplier, but I've not used anyone to recommend yet.
