yes just fresh dough - made with yeast. Good luck with the mince pies!

hm...don't think Yeast dough will b to good for Mincepies...it's more for things like Stollen, etc...

Didn't make mince pies in the end. The dough comes ready rolled out so I spread mincemeat all along one length and folded the other half over it and baked it. Haven't tried it yet. Looks good though!

And how was it?

Not good I'm afraid. The bin ate it!

Sounds like my house, loads of things get eaten by the bin too! I just like to experiment!
