My dearest friend (a brit) has been married to her French Husband for ten years, they have 2 children and live in Paris.
Sadly, the relationship has broken down, and she wants to divorce him, although he is struggling to accept it at first.
He earns more than her, and they live in the apartment that goes with his job. She does 90% of the childcare, and wants custody of the children, but he will certainly fight this (he is stubborn and proud)
It's a mess and she is scared - I wondered if anyone here has been through similar and has any advice or kind words I can share with her? Are there any organisations for ex-pats facing something similar? Any advice would be warmly received, thank you :)
