Cooks for home

Hi does anybody know if we can get cooks in uk? Like weekly twice or thrice..
It's quite common in asian countries like india.

I don’t know about elsewhere but there is an agency in London (probably one of several) who provides domestic staff, both live-in and live out. They have private chefs for special events or for every day. A friend of mine used them a couple of times when she had guests on extended stays. I’ll see if I can dig out the name.
