So, my partner (he is English) and I are expecting our first child in September - a little baby girl 
and I am looking to bring her up bilingually (German & English).
I have lived in the UK for 14 years now and my English is definitely better than my own mother tongue. With a background in translation and interpreting I just have to pass my language on though.
With that in mind I am super keen to meet other German mums & mums-to-be in the area who are or might be looking to do something similar or just fancy having some German interaction for themselves and their child. I can't be the only German around Horsham, West Sussex?! 
Obviously, with the pandemic, meeting up is a bit tricky these days but our little one is still a while away and it would just be great to make some German contacts in the area for the future.
