DH & I used to live in Melbourne, we came back to the UK and now I am hankering for us to be back in Australia.

The only place we would consider would be the Perth area as we do both love it there.

My only concern now is that we have 3 small children (whereas last time it was just the 2 of us so easier to make a decision) and DH's wage is now very good.

I am desperate for the sunshine again though and getting them out and about more and being by the ocean, we really do try here and go out every day, we have dog, allotment, woods, I make them walk as much as I can.

Does it sound mad to move again though when we do have a good life here and good wage ? We wouldn't sell our house so not cutting ties completely iykwim.

I do, and love it. One of my friends is English, but lived in Melbourne for years before moving to Perth five years ago, She loves it here, and wouldn't go back. I'd imagine house prices here would be much more affordable than Melbs too.

Been in Perth for 7 years now, love it, no regrets and would never leave. It's me, my DP and 2 boys, we totally sold up when we came over though.
