moving to geneva

Hi mums,
my husband got a great job opportunity in geneva. We've got a two year old and a three month old and love going to toddler groups, toddler swimming and meeting our toddler friends.
Does anybody know if these things exist in geneva and how easy it is to meet other mums?
Is it worth leaving all your friends?

I'm in St Gallen, so over the other side of the country, but a couple of good resources for finding out what's going on in your area are the Yahoo Expat Moms in Switzerland message boards and the publication 'The New Stork Times' - which also has a website. I imagine there are more English-speaking expats in Geneva than in SG so I'm sure you will find something.

There's a huge expat community in Geneva, due to all the international organisations. I'm sure you'll find loads of toddler groups.

Lucky you, Geneva is a great place to be with a young family. Dh and I are thinking of moving there only for that reason...
