Anyone in Hong Kong?

We'll be in Hong Kong on Easter Sunday and would like to go to church (appreciate this is a bit niche). Ideally Catholic - and with an early enough service for us to get to the airport for noon-ish. Is this ridiculous and can anyone point us in the right direction?
I'm a bit overwhelmed when I Google!

The in town check in is amazing

St Joseph's is an experience in itself. Thousands of women and girls and about 10 males. Such devotion from people who must have very little. It was one of the highlights of my visit to HK

St Joseph's is super interesting, and the area itself is lovely as you could take a cab to the Peak or go to the Zoological gardens afterwards, or lunch in Lan Kwai Fong. The Anglican Cathedral is also lovely.

Just to say thank you! for all the tips. We have just been to St Joseph's which despite being told about it absolutely blew me away with the sheer number of women!! We had no clue what was going on when we first arrived with an incomprehensible queuing system, and we did have to slip out (push through crowds, not subtle!) before the end, but really appreciate your help in navigating us there. On the train the airport now, all deadlines met :-) Oh, and we loved our brief stay in Hong Kong and did the things suggested, despite gloomy and rainy weather.
