International schools - the good and the bad?

Dd (6) is not happy in her local school although it is supposed to be a good school, it obviously isn't working well for her. So I'm going to view two international schools which have a place for year 2. Bit worried about dd living in an expat bubble and the amount of coming and going with families and staff moving on.

How have you found international schools? Are they monitored/rated?

We miss it sooo much!

Did you help out in Elsie's class?

Yes! And oooh ummm Faith's.

If you were helping out in Elsie's in 2002, you would have known my eldest.

I was in Faith's in 2002.

The primary section was lovely.

Small small world. Marc was (is!) lovely isn't he.

I was friends with Rosie/Hannah/Anna/Becky/Berna - all big on the babysitting circle!

Marc & John both fab. Their Mum is a good friend of mine and we are still in regular contact.
