just moved 2 spain

i have just moved 2 the costa blanca on a temp basis maybe 4 1yr i have 3 children aged 4yrs, 2yrs, and 7mths i have moved here because of my partner but am left on my own for long periods of time and am finding the adjustment hard, am also concerned about putting children in nursery and school. any1 else living in spain and any advice would b apprechiated.

Someone from school moved to Spain with their children but not near there. But she was South American so preferred the weather and language obviously and the children were bilingual already. They fitted well into the local Spanish school. Their father commutes to teh UK for his work so she's on her own quite a lot. They say getting very fluent in the language is the first thing to do may be.

(I of course would always recommend you getting into full time work there to integrate as I think mothers who work are usually happier and I did when mine were the age yours are but everyone differs on that issue).

i would love 2 work but am a bit worried about childcare arrangements as i dont know anyone there and my youngest is a girl so i have become very protective it is a lovly place and you are right about learning the language i am going to try and enrol in spanish classes do you live in london or abroad?
