Relocation package for academics

Hi all,
I have been offered a permanent position as associate professor in an EU country and currently weighing up pros and cons. We would be moving with two young kids. Could you please let me know what would be reasonable to ask in terms of relocation allowance/package.

I am not in the academic industry but we would cover travel expenses for the new location, an orientation trip a few weeks before to look for property, school fees, a lumpsum to cover initial expenses & removal costs.
