Good morning, I'm hoping to move to the Netherlands hopefully by the end of the year. I've got interviews lined up. I'll have 2 kids with me. Does anyone know anything about the medical insurance? What type is there?
Thank you

Good afternoon, How old are your children. I am also thinking of moving to the Netherlands as a single parent with teens!

They are 9&10. What areas are you looking at? Job means I need to be close to Amsterdam. Won't be able to afford international schools so local schools so need their Dutch up to scratch.

My daughter is 11! I have a read of my post it’s quite informative l. I’m thinking the Hague. Although with Brexit looming it’s a lot to consider. Good luck with the job interviews..

Post is entitled Netherlands or Germany

lindyloo691 · 07/05/2018 18:01

I did think Germany. Have a friend from Uni that now lives there but doubtful with my field of work weather I could move Netherlands seem more hopeful, also hubbys job means he can't come so will visit us on his rest days and Schipol is an easier Airport for him, I'm just so scared with Brexit, moving the kids to another country when they just know the language( they are trying. ) also son is about to attend high school next year so is now the best time.
