MRI. Anyone had any dealings with this overseas property company?

This isn't exactly living overseas but we are going to Bulgaria with MRI on an inspection trip and would welcome any feedback on MRI. Also anybody else bought/considering buying property in Bulgaria?

MRI stands for MacAnthony Reality International, they are a very large international property agent. We have been very impressed with them, but I went to a party Saturday and met somebody who is in the process of taking them to court. I really want to hear anybody elses experiences good or bad.
