I am moving home to Ireland from the UK. Do I need to let anyone know in terms of HMRC/NHS etc?

Are you talking about Northern Ireland or the Republic?

If the Republic Complete a form P85 www.gov.uk/tax-right-retire-abroad-return-to-uk for HMRC
