Need help Selling apartment in Dubai

Hello,

I am looking for advice. I bought a property in Dubai a few years ago as I couldn't afford one in the UK. I am now wanting to sell it and use the money as a deposit towards a house in the UK. Can anybody advise me on who to use as an agent/broker to sell. I don't know much about Dubai having only been there once.

Thank you for any advice.

The market is incredible flat after a big price drop. And I wouldn't trust a single agent I have met there 🙄

Are you renting it out at the moment?

Hi Unicorn, I have just seen your message after 4 days.

No, the property is vacant at the moment.

Are the agents really that bad?

Yes, they are rather.

If I were you, I'd try and rent it out knowing every single agent I meet is a crook ;-) it'll be better than it sitting empty. Where about is it?

Dubai is a minefield for stupid stuff with renting but the good news is, if you are clever, as an owner you beat the renters!

Haha, love your advice regarding agents.

I just need to learn how to be clever.

Frill, is the apartment on the Palm? If so I can ask a very good friend to contact you but anything else would be better done by PM.
