Looking at these places in the sun on tv

Please, we watch people being shown around reasonable priced apartments but two questions appear not to be asked.
A) How long is the lease?
B) What are the maintenance charges
Also local taxes are not mentioned.
Does anyone have the answer to the apparent disregard for these really important questions. Would love to know.

Is this about Australia?
If so, rental contracts are usually one year. Council tax, strata fees and water rates are paid by the landlord. As a tenant your only bills are electricity, phone/internet and gas if you have it.
