What have you bought family in the UK for Xmas?

I need to get aged parents something that will arrive tomorrow or Christmas eve (!). Looking at Waitrose online but it's pretty dull (and heaps sold out). I got them cheese last year (mmmmm cheese), could do it again . . .

Anyone got any more inspired ideas?

I should add that they don't need or want "stuff".

Could you get them a restaurant voucher for one nearby or afternoon tea or something?

Thanks Agent that's a great idea, apparently a rather swanky restaurant is opening near them, my father would rather die than spend money in a swanky restaurant but my mum would love it.

If you get a voucher then he won't have to spend his money 😀
What about amazon? You could get a free subscription to amazon prime and get something there in time.
Or flowers? Always lovely to have a nice arrangement in the house for Xmas.
Wine?

If the restaurant idea doesn't come off, I'd second the free Amazon Prime trial. Sat here busily ordering for UK rellies right now!

Magazine subscription?

An experience that you can send by email. Mum sent us a duck boat tour trip.

Tickets to a show - again send tix via email.

Might be too late now, but could you make a photo calendar on photobox.co.uk and get it to them on time?
