Moving from Dubai to England with a kid

We are thinking of moving back to England after years of living in Dubai. Curious to hear from those who have done this move with kids in the past. Did you find it easy to adapt to life back home? What about education for kids - was the curriculum similar to British schools in Dubai or did the kids have to catch up? What do you miss most or not miss at all about Dubai?

Hi there, there is a FB group called Expats On The Move created by a lady who moved from Dubai back to the UK and all members are in similar situations to yourself. You will find a wealth of advice and help. We live in Dubai too and due to redundancy almost moved back a year ago. Hope it all goes well for you.
