If you were to buy a holiday home in Mallorca and you had four very active dcs all keen on water sports and horse riding, where would you buy? What would be the best area in Mallorca?

We'll, all the Argy bargy in Spain, riots in Palma protesting against tourists, prices high due to saturation? Don't misunderstand me, I'm not saying it is a bas time, I'm genuinely asking is it a bad time.

Out of interest, if you don't mind me asking, would you rent out your property when you're not using it? Are you allowed to?
