Brussels peeps - where do you travel to to shop?

I have read a few posts with people saying they travel (or order online) across borders to avoid expensive Belgian prices.

Interested to learn where you travel to for which goods (pantry goods, electronics/white goods, clothes...etc).

TIA

UK cheaper for some items including children's clothes and shoes though the sales in Belgium can be good. Also toiletries are much cheaper in the UK and Germany than Belgium as well as things like dishwasher tablets, nappies, cleaning products. Food can also be cheaper in the UK and Germany, it is also a bit cheaper in the Netherlands and France. Next provide a good delivery service, Amazon UK can be good but have delivery charges now so it can be cheaper to use Amazon DE or Amazon FR but prices can vary between the different sites.

I rarely buy anything other than food. The only electrical goods bought in last 5 years was a washing machine from krefel and microwave from mediamarkt. Most clothes are swapped but a few from h+m Brussels. Not bought shoes in 5 years other than trainers from decathlon Brussels.

I m not sure if it s necessary to buy from outside, other than UK mail order. It saves you a lot just not shopping.

You can get cheap toiletries in colruyt, aldi and lidl, just as cheap as UK.
