Uk mortgage for non-residents broker recommendation?

Can anyone recommend a broker who specialises in BTL mortgages for non-residents? TIA

Hi Mrs, I recently got an expat BTL mortgage with one of the big banks in Guernsey. Dealt directly with their advisor. Cut out the middle man mortgage broker, excellent communication & service. A big surprise from a bank! Not sure if this helps, DM if you would like details.

Skipton want a minimum loan of 300000gbp which is way more than we want and according to their website, Natwest will only lend if you are buying in the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man.

Yes, minimum 25% deposit. And i think the minimum loan is 100k
