Yellow Fever vaccine

Does anyone have recent experience of reaction to the Yellow Fever vaccine? My 3 year old had it along with two other vaccines on Saturday. He has had a really high fever since but we are also in a Dengue risk area and due a big move next week. Initially I assumed a vaccine reaction but now I starting to wonder. I realise I can only rule out Dengue with a blood test but that's a drama I would rather avoid!

I've had a reaction - but not recently. Fever from the vaccine kicked in about 1 week after vaccination. DS had vaccine last year - no reaction.

30 year old man who worked for me had it and he moaned for a week. Hurty arm, fever, headaches.

I felt really awful after the yellow fever vaccination - arm hurt to move, no energy, fever, extreme tiredness - lasted about a week!

The 5 of us had no problems afterwards. We must have been lucky.
