Recommendations for a tax advisor?

Living overseas and just got a new job with a US organisation...I am British but non-resident. Not yet resident in new home for complicated visa reasons. I need some tax/finance advice on getting my salary paid...any recommendations for someone in the UK?

If you are in Asia ( just guessing with your name) you might as well look for an advisor in HK or Sg, they will be up to date!
