Americans in London - a restaurant question.

I know it's not to everyones taste and it's very unhealthy etc but is there anywhere in London anywhere that serves biscuits and gravy? I looked a couple of years ago and one place did it and then took it off the menu. Then another place did it but shut down. When I googled I found articles that mentioned some places that said they served it but then the current menu doesn't have it.

I lived in In America for a while and had the best diner round the corner (compete with neon steaming coffee cup) that made amazing avocado soufflé omelettes with biscuits and gravy on the side. I never finished my meal as it was ginormous but they were amazing.

Thanks

Try these?

Thanks for that - I've seen one of those but not the others. Will investigate!

^ gravy recipe, maybe add the pepper a little bit at a time so it's not too strong.

Biscuits and gravy? I'm imagining Jammie Dodgers and Bisto.

More like scones in a creamy, peppery sauce with sausage pieces Smile
