Online gift card for NZ?

My friend in NZ has just had a baby. I'd like to send her a gift card. Problem is, she lives in a dodgy area and the last two items I've sent her have disappeared out of her letterbox.

Any suggestions for a way of sending her a voucher online? Or another suggestion?

Farmers is a popular department store in New Zealand.

Could you order something online for her to collect in store ?

Countdown is a popular supermarket here in NZ. They have a click and collect service. Could you order something for her to collect at an agreed time and date ?

I know a friends kids get toy word voucher from their English granddad he phone the toy-world nearest them and buys over the phone and its left in-store for them. www.toyworld.co.nz

She could get her post held at the local post office or get a lock for her post box.

I send an online Amazon gift card to relatives in NZ - it goes by email so nothing to get stolen!
