The decision was made a year ago to emigrate to Perth and we're in the final stages (yipee and OMG at the same time!) anyway, we're trying to find out any details about living South of the river in Perth before we get over there.
Suzy, I've been in touch with you a couple of times months ago and you were very helpful. I remember that you live in Applecross but to be honest that is probably too expensive for us as we don't want a big mortgage. Are there any areas that you'd recommend as particularly good or bad to live in? We have 2 girls, one of who is at primary school here in the UK so we need a good school (doesn't matter if she goes to a private one), so any recommendations would be really appreciated.
We hope to be moving over by April (house sale going through at the moment) so are now gathering as much info as possible.
