Tips for living out of a suitcase for a few months?

We are about to relocate...the last time we did this we were childfree, now we have DS(3). We will spend a few weeks on holiday and then in a serviced apartment for maybe two months. Does anyone have experience of this and any tips on what we should pack for the serviced apartment? It has a minimally equipped kitchen. I have the basics covered (I think): clothes/shoes, toiletries, toys, books, medicines...

Perhaps I am overthinking it

I'm in the midst of relocating and living in a serviced apartment with two toddlers and a husband.

The important stuff for us has been toys and books for the children. We did the same and had a holiday for a few weeks before arriving at the apartment so only took minimal toiletries etc and just bought local when we arrived. And our apartment kitchen isn't bad so we're not having to cobble together weird meals.

As I say, it's been more children's 'stuff'; clothes for the right season, books, teddies for nighttime, enough toys to keep them busy, some of their favourite shows on iPad etc.

If you know which serviced apartment you will be staying in, they should be able to provide you with an inventory so you'll know if you need kitchen equipment / toiletries etc.
