question on behalf of an Australian friend:

what would be the top 5 areas of Paris (she said suburb) to open a Pilates studio?

well that's a very broad question... is she in Paris currently? I'd advise signing up to the FB group for English-speaking mums in Paris to gauge interest and the competition, there are quite a few Pilates practitioners on there already.

Hi Louche,

thanks for responding. No, not in Paris. She is in Brisbane. I think they are thinking of opening a branch/ franchise.

I am in London but have no idea whether Pilates was popular in Paris. Here in Fulham we seem to have Pilates all over the place.

I think there are quite a few English-speaking pilates teachers here already TBH, judging by my FB group. No idea if there's room for one more. Would help if she spoke French of course to broaden her potential client base.

Yoga and Pilates teachers in Paris have a hard time getting enough work.

I think it would be French Pilates people opening a branch of an Oz franchise.
