Where can I cash US dollar travelers checks in Singapore?

I tried many banks and money exchange places, but none was accepted.

I didn't know you could even still use Travelers cheques.
My mum and dad came out regularly and used to use TChqs but were warned about six-seven years ago they were becoming obsolete.
They now just clear with their bank they are going overseas and use their debit cards they are going overseas

Sorry last bit should read "use their debit cards in the cash points"
Check charges though

If they're American Express, try their office. I'm another who is amazed they're still being used!
