Hi. I am in a bit of dilemma lately, it is going to be the biggest decision of my life and I dont know what to do.

I am a 21 Year Old Graduation Student from New Delhi, India and want to do
MBA from one of these places- Melbourne or Auckland or Vancouver.

Really dont want to stay in India, so I am looking for a viable option.

In need help in deciding from these places on the basis of -

  1. Cost of doing MBA

  2. Part Time Work opportunities and Salary

  3. Full Time Work Opportunities in IT Field

  4. Cost of Living and satisfaction from life.

  5. Weather ( Cant take hotter than 35 Celsius and colder than 5 Celsius)

  6. PR and Citizenship

I am single so I dont really have any dependents and can adjust easily.

Since all of you are way more experienced than me, I really look forward to your suggestions.

TIA

you can take cooler temperatures, you just wear more clothes. Hotter is a bit difficult to deal with, and Melbourne can get hotter than that.

Thank You specialsubject . That is a considerable point, but what about everything else? Costs and Jobs?

To be honest I think you can research all those points online yourself, look at the busy job search pages, the university in each city and the government websites relating to residency... All the places mentioned will have transparent processes / criteria. Look at Trademe.co.nz for an idea of housing, seek.co.nz for jobs, countdown is one of the big supermarkets in NZ so go online and fill a basket with your weekly shop to get an idea of food prices. Read the Where to live in NZ thread here in Living Overseas for expat feedback. If possible book a holiday to the city you think will be the best fit and do a reconnaissance :)

I agree - the other questions are either personal to you (so we can't answer) or researchable.

I haven't been to Vancouver but have spent long holidays partly in both Melbourne and Auckland. Nice places to visit but I can get heavy traffic in the UK! If I were going to live in NZ or Oz (which I'm not) I wouldn't live in either place.
