Where to advertise overseas property for sale?

We currently live in the USA but while we lived in Singapore, we built a holiday villa in Thailand (Koh Samui). It is rented out to holiday makers and turns a fairly decent profit, we have housekeeping, maintenance, garden and security teams in place, it all runs very smoothly and we get good reviews. However, it now takes us 24 hours to get to Samui so we don't use it ourselves and we have a mortgage in the USA that we'd quite like to reduce so are selling our place. Where is a good place to advertise?

How about trying Rightmove Overseas? Their website (just did a quick search) has over a thousand properties listed in Thailand for sale.

A Place in the Sun also seems to do it, but doesn't advertise so many.

Thailand-property.com could also be a good bet!

Thank you both. I will chase up your suggestions, I suspect it will suit more someone already living in Asia.

Laptop, the villa is on Bang Por beach on Samui, the complex is called Coconut Laguna, heading away from Maenam before you get to 4 seasons but is on the beach side of the main road. The Tip Advisor link is here. Normally I would be more than happy for you to take a look round but it will be occupied during CNY. How I miss CNY .....

Have you looked at Sotheby's International?
